Obtain the Information
Verify the name of the person was arrested under in the county they were they were arrested.

After an agreeable term is agreed on and paid for A Bail Bond will handle the rest of the process.Your A Bail Bond agent provide the jail with the proper paperwork to bond out the arrested party.
Pick Up Your Loved One
A Bail Bond Agent will call you when the detained is ready to be picked up from the A Bail Bond office there is no need for you to visit the jail.
After the Defendant has gone over the written requirements of his or her bonds they made then leave with the Indemnitor. The terms of the Bond will include but are not limited to:
An agreement to be to meet all court dates with the exception of verifiably being in the hospital or in jail on court appearance date.
Updating any change of address including a change in hotel rooms in the same facility. The Debtor must also know the whereabouts of the Indemnitor at all times.
The time involved in a Bond is approximately 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours. Note:
Transfer Bonds are subject to an additional $150 charge in the bond percentage will be based upon the State and County the defendant was arrested in.
The time involved in a Transfer Bond is approximately 1 to 5 hours.
